Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Outfit Lens. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Outfit Lens Chrome extension and website (collectively, the "Service"). By installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

Description of Service

Outfit Lens is an AI-powered Chrome extension that:

• Detects fashion items in images across 72 categories using AI-powered image recognition
• Provides visual search capabilities to find similar products
• Displays product information from various shopping platforms
• Displays results in a modern, minimalist interface

The Service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

License and Restrictions

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You May NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the extension
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service
• Use the Service to spam, harass, or harm others
• Upload malicious code or viruses

Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to: text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the AI models, are the exclusive property of Outfit Lens and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of images you submit for analysis. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process these images solely for the purpose of providing fashion detection results. We do not store your images after processing (see our Privacy Policy).

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites and services, including shopping platforms. We are not responsible for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites
• Products or services purchased through third-party links
• Transactions between you and third-party merchants
• Accuracy of product information displayed

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and that third party.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of detection results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission
• Compatibility with all devices or browsers

We do not guarantee that our AI models will correctly identify all fashion items. Detection accuracy may vary based on image quality, item type, and other factors.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUTFIT LENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages resulting from third-party products or services
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months (which is $0 for free users).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Outfit Lens and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Prolonged inactivity
• Technical or security reasons

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the extension. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Outfit Lens regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
